Instagram + Facebook — locked 2026-09-17

• IG daily: ig_trim Reel (<60s) — same story as YT, not the >60s YT file — plus a 5-fact carousel (10 only on winners)
• Stories: announce new Reel / YT Short / long only (link sticker when available)

• Facebook: ~3–4/week from last week’s IG winners + YT link — not all 7 Shorts
